What is Deliver de Cuisine?

Deliver de Cuisine is a restaurant delivery service. We have partnered with the finest local restaurants to offer their meals delivered to your office, home, hotel or residence hall.

When can I get delivery?

We deliver everyday from 10:30am to 2:30pm and 4:30pm to 9:00pm. Breakfast is available for delivery with 24 hours notice from select restaurants. Some restaurants may be able to fulfill earlier order requests. Call #488-FOOD for availability. Please note that hours of operation and meal availability for restaurants are out of our control.

How do I order? ...it's as easy as pie

1. Select a restaurant and menu item.
2. Call 488-FOOD or order online. (488-3663)
3. Sit back and get ready to eat.

How long will it take?

Average delivery time is about 1 hour but may be longer during peak times. Please feel free to order in advance to ensure timely delivery.

How much will it cost?

There is a $10.00 minimum per order. The delivery fee is $5.50 per restaurant with a $.50 discount for cash only transactions to Ashland and add one dollar for deliveries to Talent.

How can I pay?

We accept cash, Visa, Mastercard, American Express and checks. Checks will need to be local for us to accept. Customers paying in cash will be discounted $.50 off their delivery fee. No bills larger than $20.00 please. If paying with a credit card or check, please have your photo ID ready at the time of delivery. Orders over $75.00 automatically include a 15% gratuity for the delivery waiter. There is a $25 returned check fee.

What other things should I be aware of?

We cannot accept cancellations after your order has been placed with the restaurant. Also, we do not accept any restaurant gift certificates or coupons. Restaurant hours, menu items and prices are subject to change without notice.

What if I'm hosting a large event or party? (Office, Birthday, Business Meeting)

We can take care of all of your food delivery needs with just 48 hours notice. From food to beverages, we can provide it all! “WE GET IT!”

Should I tip? How Much?

Please remember that your delivery waiter owns and operates their own vehicle and works for tips! They are concentrating on your order for 20-40 minutes. A 15% gratuity is appreciated.

Where do you deliver to?

We deliver to homes, offices, hotels and residence halls within the Ashland and Talent areas. Please refer to the map on the website for exact delivery areas (not yet available). We would be happy to discuss delivery outside of these areas for special occasions and events.

Do you sell any type of gift certificates?

Deliver De Cuisine gift certificates are a wonderful gift for all occasions. They are available at a minimum of $20.00. We can send them via postal mail or by hand delivery. You can pay for them with credit card over the phone or with cash or check in person.
